What is Zumba GOLD?
This class is specifically designed for our
'Baby Boomers', Active Seniors, and anyone with a limited range of motion
Zumba Gold uses the Zumba formula and modifies the
moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as
well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy
lifestyle.
This invigorating Latin-inspired dance-fitness program
includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Cha Cha Cha as well as Hip Hop and Big
Band music.
You don't need a dance background to participate.
Individualized instruction is given to accommodate medical and physical
needs. Just join in and be ready to have a blast!
Our awesome instructor, Nina Edelstein has participated in ballet, jazz, modern dance and folk dancing for
many years. She started taking Zumba Fitness Classes in Sherman Oaks about a year ago and fell in
love with the program. Nina shares her love for Zumba and the fun excitement you will have in her classes with you!
